VENUE RENTAL:

  • Wedding Reception only - $3500

  • Wedding Ceremony & Reception - $4200

  • Non-Wedding Events​​ (includes tables, chairs, restrooms)

    • Customer does setup and cleanup - $600/3 hours​ ($150/hr after)

    • Our staff does setup and cleanup - $900/3 hours ($150/hr after)

    • Bartenders for alcohol service - add $50/hour

  • Use of grounds and antique farm equipment for photography

  • Use of mini pigs, mini horses, or goats for photography/petting zoo

  • Built in dance floor lighting & sound system (optional use)

  • Deluxe restroom trailer with sinks and flushable toilets (not wheelchair accessible)

  • Garbage disposal & containers

Any item or service not identified above are excluded.

All alcohol pre-purchases and bar use are on a separate agreement.
